Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Because QR Contact Cards are personalized and produced specifically for each order, most personalized orders are not eligible for return simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
Personalized Products
QR Contact Cards are customized according to the artwork and options confirmed by the customer before the order is placed. Because each personalized card is made specifically for the order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- A change of mind
- Incorrect quantity ordered
- Incorrect color or product option selected by the customer
- Artwork or information supplied by the customer that was confirmed before the order was placed
- A customer no longer wanting the product
Please review your artwork and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an item different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@mikhael.tech.
Please include your order number and photographs or other information that will help us evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the product was damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable under law.
Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
