Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Free UPS Ground shipping is offered on all orders. Additional UPS expedited shipping options are available at the calculated rate shown at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Production & Shipping

Every QR Contact Card is custom laser engraved after your order is placed.

Production Time: 1–5 business days, depending on quantity. Shipping transit time is additional.

Your card is inspected before shipment to ensure the engraving and finish meet our quality standards.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, tracking information will be provided for each package when available.

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or other transportation disruptions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@mikhael.tech.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@mikhael.tech with your order number and any relevant information so that we can assist you.
